The right to return the Goods is granted for any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods. The store has the right to refuse the return if it is made after the specified period or if the goods have defects.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Goods are received by the Store. The refund will be made using the same payment method selected during the order placement. We do not accept goods returned by cash-on-delivery shipments.

From the European Union

Download the Withdrawal Form. The completed Return Form should be sent along with the goods to the address:

Outside the European Union

The customs clearance card and invoice should match in terms of value and currency and be included in the package marked as a return.

How to Make an Exchange?

Pack the Products and Fill Out the Form

  1. Check if the product you want to exchange is available. If the product is available, send us a message to reserve the item. If the product is not currently available, the exchange may take a bit longer. Contact us via email at store@StylishDoctor.com to inquire about the expected exchange time.
  2. Download the exchange form , and include it in the package with the returned products. Make sure you have filled in all the fields.

Send the Shipment

Send the shipment to the company’s address:

The cost of the return shipment is covered by the buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or shipments to collection points (such as lockers, DPD Pick Up, etc.). We do not recommend using Polish Post for shipments – sending parcels via Polish Post is at your own risk.

Waiting time for the Package with Exchanged Products

After receiving the shipment at our office, we verify the availability of the products and complete the order. Once the order is assembled, we send it back to you at our expense.
